Product Description: These buffers are an ionic solutions that can be used in combination for preparation of second dimension gel. They are used in proteomic research and are compatible with 2DE-MS system. These buffers have the ability to overcome the problem of contamination that may interfere in 2DE-MS system. These buffers prevent streaking in the second dimension gel thus improving the resolution and better separation of proteins. Also these buffers allow the trypsin to properly enter the gel to help in better digestion and identification of protein.

Volume: 500 ml, 500 ml and 100 ml respectively

Storage: Recommended temperature: First two buffers at 4°C and the SDS buffer at room temperature.
