Product Description: These buffers are an ionic solutions that can be used in combination during the running of second dimension gel. They are used in proteomic research and are compatible with 2DE-MS system. These buffers have the ability to overcome the problem of contamination that may interfere in 2DE-MS system. These buffers prevent streaking in the second dimension gel thus improving the resolution and better separation of proteins. The cathode buffer is used in upper tank and the anode buffer in lower tank. Cathode buffer is used only one time but the anode buffer can be recycle several times.
